Returns & Refunds

As all of our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless an item is faulty or incorrect. If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at alouu@alouu.com. If approved, the item must be returned unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect orders, or slight variations in color and texture due to screen display differences.
