TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Introduction

Welcome to Alouu Ltd  ("we," "our," "us"). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our bespoke bedding and towels. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Bespoke, Made-to-Order Products

All our products are made-to-order in our atelier outside Milan, Italy. Due to the bespoke nature of our products, each piece is crafted specifically for you and may have slight variations. Production takes approximately two weeks, followed by 2-3 days for UK delivery.

3. No Returns or Refunds (Except for Faulty or Incorrect Items)

As every item is custom-made, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the product is faulty or incorrect upon receipt. If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery at alouu@alouu.com with images and a description of the issue. If a return is approved, the item must be returned unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

4. Product Images & Variations

While we strive to display our products accurately, images on our website may not always be a perfect representation due to variations in lighting, screen settings, and photography. Slight differences in color, texture, and pattern may occur, which are inherent to the bespoke nature of our products.

5. Payment & Pricing

All prices listed on our website are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is required in full at the time of order. We reserve the right to update prices at any time without prior notice.

6. Delivery & Shipping

Once your order is ready, we will dispatch it via a trusted courier service. Estimated delivery times for the UK are 2-3 business days from dispatch. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, couriers, or unforeseen circumstances. International shipping is available upon request, with delivery times varying by destination.

7. Cancellations & Order Changes

Due to the custom nature of our products, orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed. Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.

8. Care Instructions

To maintain the quality of your bedding and towels, please follow the care instructions provided with your order. Improper washing or use of harsh detergents may affect the longevity of the fabric, for which we cannot be held responsible.

9. Liability & Disclaimer

We do not accept liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our products. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
